Refund Policy
Accelerate Online Academy allows a 14 day grace period from the date of enrollment to obtain a full refund of tuition paid. Tuition is not refundable after the grace period. Refunds are not available for material kits or related shipping costs. Elementary courses require a $15 workbook replacement fee per semester for any cancelled course.
Course Discounts
A 5% discount is available if 5 or more full-year courses are purchased for High School or Middle School, and when 4 or more full-year courses are purchased in Elementary school. The discount is not available when using our payment plan option. Payment plan options are shown below.

High School (Grades 9-12)
$285 – Semester Course | $425 – Full-Year Course
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
$285 – Semester Course | $425 – Full-Year Course
Elementary School (Grades K-5)
$275 – Semester Course | $415 – Full-Year Course
- K-5 Core Courses include Physical Workbooks and shipping
- K-5 Grade level Materials Kits are available for purchase*
*The kits provide the majority of materials required by the course activities or you can supply these items yourself at home. These materials can be found here.
